What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently only offer Standard Shipping with Fedex. All orders ship free using this service. If your order is shipping to Ohio, West Virginia, or Indiana, you will receive your package one business day from the time it was shipped.
We currently ship orders one business day from the time the order is placed if there is a pre-existing design used. If Awear is creating the design, the order will ship out one business day after the design is approved. All orders ship from Columbus, Ohio, so the shipping time will vary based on your location.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No. We are not currently set up to ship internationally, but hopefully this will be coming soon!
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It will take 2-3 business days to recieve your order from the time it was placed if you live in Ohio or a surrounding state. If the order was placed and a design is being made, it will take 2-3 business days from the time the design is approved by you. If you live in a different state from the ones stated above, your order will take an extra 1-3 business days to arrive.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept Credit Cards through a payment system called Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments.
Can I Buy Straight From Your Site?
Yes! No need to call in to order from us. Start by picking a product, then proceed by selecting all of the options on the product page, and it will lead you to the check-out page.
Where Do I Choose A Design Option?
After you have decided on a product and the associated options, the following page will give you the three design options to choose from.
Do I Have To Purchase A Design?
No. Our Bronze Design package is free, and this package simply allows you to give us your pre-made design and tell us where to put it. We will then place this image for you to ensure that it is centered and that everything looks clear and fits nicely in the designated area.
How Long Will It Take To See My New Design?
It will take 24 hours or less from the time of the order (On business days) to receive the first draft of your design. We will make unlimited modifications until you are completely satisfied and ready to move forward with the printing.
Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
Choose a product, select the options, and then finish by deciding on a Design Package. You will then be taken to the Check-out page.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No! You can order and check-out as a guest.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
The quickest and easiest way to do this is to contact us at [email protected], or contact us via phone or Facebook Messenger.
How Do I Track My Order?
When the order is shipped, we will send a notification of this along with a tracking number to your email.
How Can I Return a Product?
We do not accept returns, however, if the order is damaged we will send out replacement items the following business day. We will then help you to return the damaged goods.
